The First National Conference on VSED: October 14 – 15, 2016 at Seattle University.
Phyllis was one of the organizers and speakers.
It was a large multi-disciplinary academic conference with an audience of mostly doctors, lawyers, hospice workers, nurses and social workers. Well established people in their respective fields spoke about the medical, legal and bio-ethical perspectives. Phyllis, Diane Rehm and Katherine Hammond shared their personal family perspectives.
